Favorite food: How about favorite plate? I can’t narrow it down to one thing (especially since I am kind of hungry at this exact moment lol). I love pernil (roast pork), arroz con gandules (rice with peas) and maduros (sweet yellow plantains). Something like this is a good example (that restaurant is really good by the way).
